Testimonials

“Very professional service. Initially I sort help for a muscular problem, (overuse of glute medius).Katherine's expertise produced results immediately. More recently I have had treatment for neck pain, again treatment was successful very quickly. Results were achieved in 2 to 3 treatments and you won't be told to 'come back next week' if it's unnecessary.” S..Stevenson

“At the end of December 2018, I had a fall whilst playing football with my young grandson. This resulted in a broken hip. A full hip replacement was carried out. Whilst guidance on exercises to assist recovery was provided, and an NHS physiotherapist advised on the correctness or otherwise of carrying out the exercises, this was for a limited period of time only. Surprisingly, NHS physiotherapy provided no “hands on” treatment. Improvements in my condition proceeded slowly.

As a previously active 70 year old, I was impatient to regain a greater degree of independence and mobility more speedily. My wife, who had previously been treated by Katherine, suggested I visited the practice to discuss what might be done to aid my progress. Happily, Katherine felt that she could help and treatment began immediately, towards the end of April 2019. This took place, once a week, over a period of approximately 3 months.

During this time Katherine was attentive and reassuring. Treatment comprised manipulation and massage of hip and leg, and acupuncture. I was told by the consultant surgeon, shortly after my fall, that I would not regain my previous degree of mobility. 8 months down the line from my fall this is frustratingly true in some respects, but the treatment from Katherine has meant that my confidence and mobility were increased and I was able to resume, in June, circuit training at the gym, lengthy walks and even football with my grandson, albeit more cautiously!” M.T Lytchett Minster

“I saw Michelle two weeks before the London Marathon and received amazing treatment for a back and calf injury. I would never have made it round the course without her help. Thank you!” Fiona, Chelmsford
