Hello, my name is Dr Barbara Phillips and I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist. If you are struggling with your mental health and would like someone to talk to, please do get in touch. I am able to work with a range of mental health problems including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, low self esteem and complex trauma. I work with people aged 18 years and above.

Better Relationships is a psychotherapy practice offering a safe and supportive space to explore your story, challenges, and patterns in life. The aim is to help you navigate relationships—with yourself and others—with greater confidence, understanding, and fulfilment.
With 15 years’ experience as a Couple and Family Psychotherapist, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges, celebrating the positive changes they achieve. My background includes working in children’s and adult NHS services across London, collaborating with schools, local authorities, and healthcare teams to deliver mental health support and training.
I offer therapy online via Zoom, as well as face-to-face sessions in the New Forest (New Milton) and in London (Mayfair). Sessions are available in English and Italian, and I specialise in working with couples and families. My approach focuses on building a trusting, compassionate therapeutic relationship, helping you make sense of your experiences, and supporting growth, understanding, and acceptance.

I’m Dr Raminta Petrauskaite, a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals of all ages. I offer an integrative and personalised therapeutic approach that combines evidence-based techniques such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, mindfulness, and systemic approaches, all tailored to your unique needs.
I believe that everyone has strength and resilience within them, even during their most challenging moments. My role is to help you uncover and harness those inner resources, empowering you to navigate life’s difficulties with confidence and clarity.
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and without judgment. I offer evidence-based therapies to address a variety of psychological difficulties, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, grief, health-related concerns, and stress. I also assist clients in managing major life transitions, such as retirement, divorce, or adapting to new life circumstances.
